Returns & Exchanges

At SAX, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible items. All returned products must be in their original, unused condition with all packaging and tags intact.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box and include the printed return authorization form provided by our portal.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
